Steve Pierce

President/Owner and Authorized Sage Solution Provider, started his career in CAD drawing and estimating for a local drywall company. In 1999 he became the owner of Techware LLC and over the years has successfully implemented numerous construction accounting, estimating, service management, property management, hardware, and network installations.

Stacy Ashley

Office Manager, has a BS degree in Retail Merchandising and Management with a Minor in Business. Stacy’s background is office management, retail sales and buying. She has great organization and communication skills and loves working with our customers.

Cindy Bonde

Telesales, has a BS degree in Business Administration/Marketing with a focus on Speech Communications. Cindy is great at analyzing customer needs. She has worked several years in product sales.



Gary Sabby

A Sage 100 Contractor (Master Builder) Consultant, has been involved in the construction field since the 1980s. For 15 years he owned and operated a construction company, and for 5 years he was in sales and lumberyard management. Gary has been working with Sage 100 Contractor since 1996 and was a Master Trainer for several of those years.

Kristina Sloan

A Sage 100 Contractor (Master Builder) Certified Consultant and Trainer, has a BS degree in Business Management from Northern State University. Previously, Kristina had several years of experience as a manager in retail operations. She specializes in installation, implementation, and hands-on-training for Sage 100 Contractor software.

Lisa Winn

A Sage 100 Contractor (Master Builder) Certified Consultant and Senior Trainer. Lisa holds degrees in Accounting and Computer Technology, as well as having attended the Construction Estimating Institute to continue advancing her construction experience. She has worked with Sage 100 Contractor since 1994 and teaches online classes as a Senior Trainer for Sage.

David Sexton

A Sage 300 CRE Certified Consultant with an accounting degree from Trinity University, in San Antonio, Texas. David started as a Sage 300 CRE Consultant in 1998 after a short period as a CPA. Over the last 15 years he developed a specialty working with service companies specifically in implementing Sage 300 (Timberline) Service Management and their reporting needs in Crystal Reports.

Jessica Weber

A Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) and SSO Consultant, has a BA in Economics from Bentley University. Jessica has worked with both Sage and IFS|Core Software since 2003, as an Operations Manager in commercial service, and becoming a consultant in 2014. She specializes in Service Management for both commercial and residential service implementations, Sage Service Operations training, and Crystal Reporting.

Dathan LaMere

A Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) Certified consultant and trainer, has a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University.  Previously, Dathan worked at Sage as a Senior Software Analyst and Training Specialist for over 15 years.  He has also worked with IFS core software since 2014. He specializes in PO/IV, SM, Sage Service Operations, Payroll, Report designs, Crystal reports, Systems and Installations.

Tiffany Lenington

A Sage 100 SSO Certified Consultant with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business.  She has 10 years of accounting experience as well as working 4 years in software implementation.  Tiffany has experience in Service Management for both commercial and residential companies, service implementations and Sage Service Operations training and support.

Larry Goddard

A Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) Certified Consultant who attended Georgia Institute of Technology and has worked with Sage Software 14 years. He has performed duties for sales of preventative maintenance contracts and replacement equipment. He is very involved in the BOSS system energy savings controls. He sold and serviced the variable speed and retrofit controls and energy saving concepts for York Division of Borg Warner; as well as performed work on roof top, centrifugal, absorption, cooling towers and pumps and controls. Larry moved to Sage as a part of their acquisition of service management and mobile dispatch capabilities.

Phillip Hancock

A Sage CRE Account Executive who has 17 years of experience in the construction industry; responsible for business development in the construction and real estate markets since 2000. Phillip received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Georgia State University and is certified in Sage Service Operations. He has 11 years’ experience selling Sage 300 CRE, Sage Estimating, and Sage 100 Contractor.



Jim Hoeppner

A Sage Estimating Certified Consultant, has a BS degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has worked as a construction manager and estimator in residential and commercial construction. He started with Timberline Software at the Oregon headquarters in 1998 and became the Estimating Certification Manager before moving back to Minnesota in 2002.



Brent-Erik Goedel

Systems Administrator, has been performing IT systems consulting since 2008. Brent-Erik is a FCNSA and Evault Solutions Certified Architect. He takes pride in bringing enterprise class solutions, management and support to the Sage market without the enterprise class costs. He performs Windows server and backup solutions, workstation and network installation and maintenance, firewall/UTM device installation and management, Sage upgrades and end user support.
